Wonderful Real Estate Agent looking for an experienced Part Time assistant to help for 10 hours a week spread out between T/TH or M/W/F. Will train the right person for this position. Must be able to come in a few weekends for training. Possibility of working with other agents too.
Assistant will be expected to perform duties in a timely matter.
Job Duties:
-Updating website with recent sales activity on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com
-Updating Social Media content on Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest
-Updating Website with blog entries like recent local news article
-Eblast Monthly event calendar or holiday greetings to sphere
-Eblast zillow review request
-Stuff mailers every quarter (bags and envelopes)
-Epromo new listings via eblasts and online sales channels (website, craigslist, backpage, etc)
-Schedule Open houses on Encinitas Advocate, Zillow, Trulia, MLS, Realtor, etc
-Export files from outlook to Laptop
-Create/Print Listing Packets
-Create Flyers with Berkshire Hathaway Resource Center
-Able to do Open House on weekends ? can only do this if licensed
-Help create print Ads with newspaper agency
Qualifications:
-Real Estate License a plus
-Detailed oriented and organized
-Must have working computer ? PC preferred
-Experience with Paragon MLS for inputing data
-Knowledgeable with Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook) basic computer skills
-Knowledgeable with Social Media (facebook, pinterest, twitter, linkedin)
-Able to post on Backpage, Craigslist, ClassifiedAds, etc...
-Manage backend of wordpress webpage
-Able to complete tasks in a timely basis
-Familiar with Zillow Premier Agent
